A la vez, llevaremos a ebullici\u00f3n el doble de agua que de arroz. Una vez el arroz comience a estar tostados, le a\u00f1adimos el agua hirviendo y bajaremos a fuego medio, hasta que agua se consuma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cortamos la berenjena den dados peque\u00f1os y la dejamos con agua y sal. Mientras, picamos muy fino el ajo y la cebolla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En un mortero, machacamos el ajo con dos pizcas de sal hasta conseguir la consistencia de una pasta; a\u00f1adimos las semillas de cardamomo y volvemos a apretar con fuerza hasta que est\u00e9n muy reducidas. Agregamos el garam masala, la miel, la salsa de soja y la guindilla. Removemos y mezclamos hasta obtener una pasta densa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En un recipiente a parte, echamos el cilantro y el perejil en hoja, muy picados, medio lim\u00f3n y reservamos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En una sart\u00e9n honda, sofre\u00edmos la cebolla y la berenjena hasta que queden muy blanditas.
