Hoy nos hemos decidido por la sopa de remolacha, esperamos que os guste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>INGREDIENTES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>2\u00a0remolachas\u00a0grandes con su piel (tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar las remolachas que venden cocidas)<\/li>\n<li>1 patata peque\u00f1a<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cebolla mediana<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd litro de caldo de verdura<\/li>\n<li>el zumo de \u00bd naranja<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd taza de leche<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de crema agria o nata espesa<\/li>\n<li>sal y pimienta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PREPARACI\u00d3N:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Para cocinar las remolachas frescas<\/strong><br \/>\nEn una olla cubre con agua bien salada las remolachas completas, con su piel y coc\u00ednalas tapadas a fuego lento durante 30 minutos o hasta que al introducir un cuchillo sientas que las remolachas est\u00e1n blandas. Es recomendable cocinarlas con su piel para que de esta manera no pierdan sus propiedades, su color y su sabor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Saca las remolachas del agua y deja reposar unos cinco minutos para pelarlas y cortarlas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Para preparar la sopa:<\/strong><br \/>\nLava, pela y corta en trozos la patata y la cebolla, (previamente ya has hecho lo mismo con las remolachas).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En una olla dora la cebolla con un poco de aceite de oliva, agrega los trozos de patata y de remolacha. A\u00f1ade el caldo y deja cocinar hasta que la patata est\u00e9 blanda. Apaga el fuego y deja reposar un rato antes de licuar la sopa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lic\u00faa los ingredientes de la sopa hasta conseguir la textura deseada, a\u00f1ade el zumo de naranja, la leche y la crema agria. Ponle sal y pimienta a tu gusto.
