Receta Quinoa a la griega"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Paquete de quinoa de medio kilo<\/li>\n<li>1 Bote de tomates secos de aprox 250 g (cortados a tiritas finas)<\/li>\n<li>Queso feta aprox 225 g (cortado a cuadritos o tambi\u00e9n se puede romper con las manos)<\/li>\n<li>1 Bolsa de r\u00facola<\/li>\n<li>Olivas negras laminadas<\/li>\n<li>Or\u00e9gano<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>Vinagreta Bals\u00e1mica (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Receta: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lavar la quinoa y escurrir en un colador de malla fina. Verter en una olla y calentar con un poquito de aceite (con este proceso evitamos que se quede apelmazada). A\u00f1adir 2 partes y \u00bd de agua por 1 de quinoa, como con el arroz pero un poco m\u00e1s. A\u00f1adir sal o alga Kombu, tapar, llevar a ebullici\u00f3n, bajar el fuego y hervir a fuego medio 20 min o hasta que todo el liquido se haya evaporado. Con una cuchara con remojada con agua fria remover y verter la quinoa en una fuente plana para que se expanda, dejar enfriar.<br \/>\nEn un bol muy grande mezclar todos lo ingredientes. A disfrutar!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Propiedades: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Plato equilibrado y muy digestivo. La quinoa es ideal para aquellas personas que tengan mucho desgaste f\u00edsico, ayuda a reponer fuerzas y es perfecta para dietas de adelgazamiento. Muy rica en Lisina (amino\u00e1cido).
