Recetas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>PASTA CON PESTO VEGANO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Espirales integrales<br \/>\nAlbahaca fresca<br \/>\nPerejil<br \/>\nAlmendra en polvo (5 cucharadas soperas)<br \/>\nPasta de ciruela Umeboshi (1 cucharada sopera)<br \/>\nAceite de oliva (4 cucharadas)<br \/>\n\u00bd Diente de ajo<br \/>\nPi\u00f1ones (decorar)<br \/>\nTomates secos<\/p>\n<p>Primero preparar el pesto y reservar en la nevera. Poner en el vaso de la batidora las hojas de un manojo de albahaca y una taza de hojas de perejil aprox., verter el resto de ingredientes y batir, a\u00f1adir agua y aceite hasta conseguir la consistencia deseada.<\/p>\n<p>Hervir las espirales en abundante agua y una pizca de sal, hasta que queden al dente y escurrir. Mezclar el pesto y decorar con pi\u00f1ones y peque\u00f1as tiras de tomates secos.
