Veinte empleados de Holcim asistieron al curso. Mar\u00eda D\u00edez Querol dio toda una serie de consejos para llevar una vida y alimentaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s sana y N\u00e9stor se ocup\u00f3 de la parte pr\u00e1ctica cocinando una paella de Quinoa. Os dejamos algunos de los consejos de Mar\u00eda.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comienza a realizar los cambios poco a poco<\/li>\n<li>Reduce el consumo de carne, de l\u00e1cteos, de az\u00facar, de alcohol, de estimulantes (caf\u00e9, te\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Aumenta el consumo de pescado y resto de prote\u00ednas vegetales<\/li>\n<li>Aumenta el consumo de frutas y verduras frescas<\/li>\n<li>Descubre el valor depurativo y remineralizante de las algas<\/li>\n<li>Reduce el consumo de congelados y productos enlatados<\/li>\n<li>Sustituye productos refinados por integrales<\/li>\n<li>Incrementa el consumo de bebidas m\u00e1s naturales (zumos, infusiones\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Prueba a hacer ali\u00f1os sin conservantes ni aditivos<\/li>\n<li>Empieza un diario energ\u00e9tico donde vayas apuntando como te sientes tras cada comida, o al menos apunta lo que comiste el d\u00eda que te encuentres pesado, que te cueste concentrarte, que est\u00e9s despistado\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Responsabil\u00edzate de c\u00f3mo te sientes, tenemos el poder de cambiarlo<\/li>\n<li>Nutre tu cuerpo metal y emocional con alimentos adecuados (paseo, abrazo, meditaci\u00f3n, pintar, cantar\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Cierra los ojos unos segundos y haz 3 respiraciones profundas antes de empezar a comer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La semana pasada impartimos en la empresa Holcim nuestro primer curso de cocina natural y nutrici\u00f3n para empresas.
