Tapar y llevar a ebullici\u00f3n, reducir el fuego al m\u00ednimo y cocer durante 20 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Sofreir en una cazuela grande y ancha las cebollas con eceite de oliva, el laurel y una pizca de sal marina, sin tapa y durante 10 minutos a fuego bajo. A\u00f1adir las zanahorias, las jud\u00edas. Tapar y cocer 10 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adir el seit\u00e1n ahumado y unas gotas de salsa de soja, mezclar bien. A\u00f1adir la quinoa y el pimiento rojo.
