Os dejamos esta sencilla receta para que empeceis a probar sus cualidades.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Una cucharada de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 de taza de quinoa<\/li>\n<li>1 lechuga<\/li>\n<li>2 tazas de r\u00facula<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 de taza con frutos secos picados<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de semillas de granada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Para la vinagreta de yogurt<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/4 de taza de jugo de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>1 diente de ajo machacado<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de vinagre<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de miel<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de perejil, or\u00e9gano y albahacas secas<\/li>\n<li>1 pizca de pimienta<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 de taza de yogurt griego<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Calentar el aceite en una sart\u00e9n. Cuando est\u00e9 caliente, agrega la quinua y d\u00e9jala dos o tres minutos hasta que est\u00e9 seca y crocante. Deja enfriar.<\/p>\n<p>Prepara la vinagreta juntando todos los ingredientes.<\/p>\n<p>Mezcla las verduras, frutas secas, la quinua y semillas.
